We respectfully request that recruitment agencies do not contact us to help fill this role.
Soto has a WordPress web development agency based in Bristol and North Devon. We specialise in helping companies build and maintain fast, effective websites.
We’re passionate about working with forward thinking companies that are trying to make the world a better place; whether that’s through their work or how they do business.
We are committed to helping all Soto employees to achieve a better work-life balance, so we offer flexible work schedules, working from home, regular salary reviews and a range of benefits.
We’re a small, friendly growing team and we’re looking for someone who can help support the Account Manager and technical support team.
Our normal place of work is the office in Bradley Stoke, but staff regularly work from home by arrangement.
This role requires daily part time hours, which can be flexible to suit you.
You will manage our support ticketing system to ensure that clients receive a timely response to their enquiries. You will be responsible for scheduling the support task with a member of the support team, following up to ensure the task is completed within our SLA and keep the client informed of progress.
You’ll assist our Account Manager with undertaking project management duties to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and to budget. This will include contacting prospective clients, preparing project documents and invoices, booking meetings and ensuring that clients are kept up to date on the progress of their projects.
Other responsibilities include checking various company mailboxes, managing client reports and assisting with credit control and marketing activities.
You may have worked in a technical role in the past; perhaps you’ve been a developer or a project manager and are looking for a flexible, people-focussed role. Our ideal candidate would have ample experience of WordPress and may have even built websites in a previous role.
You’re someone who can use their initiative to react to changing priorities and competing demands. You’re comfortable communicating professionally with both your team and clients and you always provide excellent customer service.
You’re an optimistic, positive person who enjoys a challenge and likes working in a small team.
You’re motivated, driven and have excellent organisational skills, ensuring you can work independently on a number of projects and deadlines.
£25,000 – £30,000 Pro Rata – 20-25 hours per week
