We have a range of maintenance options to suit every business.

Maintenance Agreements

We’ll agree a set period of time that can be used for maintenance each month.  You can then send us your requests, e.g. text and image changes, backups, updates, new functionality, phone and email support etc. and we’ll get the changes made within an agreed timeframe.

Each month we’ll send you a report so you can see how time has been spent, then review the agreement at regular intervals.

Specialist WordPress Backup and Update

Each month we’ll back up your site, review site performance to check for any potential issues and update all your software; themes, plugins and WordPress, to the latest versions. This helps to keep your site healthy and secure.  If an update breaks your site we’ll get it back up and running and let you know what options are available to fix the problem.

Should your website suffer a total failure, such as a hack or being accidentally deleted (it does happen!) we can reinstate your site from the latest backup in a matter of minutes.

Ad Hoc Support

You can also use support on an ad hoc basis by purchasing support time to be used as and when you need it.  This can be used for any type of site maintenance, e.g. text and image changes, backups, updates, new functionality, phone and email support etc. and we’ll get the changes made within an agreed timeframe.

When your time runs out, we’ll send you a report so you can see how time has been spent.
