Hosting & Maintenance

We make regular edits and changes to the website to ensure the site continues to grow with your business. Each month we’ll back up your site, review site performance to check for any potential issues and update all your software; themes, plugins and WordPress, to the latest versions. This helps to keep your site healthy and secure. If an update breaks your site we’ll get it back up and running and let you know what options are available to fix the problem.

WordPress Training

We can provide website training as part of your web development project, or for your existing website. This can be conducted on site or remotely via video. Before the training we’ll ask you give us access to the back end of your site and put together a list of tasks that you want to be able to perform.  This helps us to tailor the course and make sure you get the most out of the day.  We’ll also send you our WordPress Guide as a reference, and bespoke guides tailored to your website if required.

We spend time at the start getting to know and understand your business so that we can come up with a solution that improves your service. We’ll give you milestone dates and information on what to expect throughout the process.

After getting to grips with how your business works, we’ll get creative and find the best approach to your project and present you with a range of technical and design options.

We’ll keep an open line of communication with you whilst you review and give us feedback, then refine our ideas and concepts. This cycle continues until we’ve got the right solution for your website.

During the development process we’ll build and edit your site on our test server so that you can review it at key stages throughout the project. We’ll test every aspect of the site on a range of devices and platforms to ensure the best possible user experience.

Once development and testing are complete we’ll ask you for one final review prior to launch, to make sure that everything is working as it should. We’ll then launch the new site live on your domain on your chosen date.

Following the launch we’ll be on hand to help with any issues you experience. We can provide ongoing maintenance, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and support, as well as training at your site or via web conference.
